A'S PREPARE FOR BIG HOMESTAND

Tomorrow night the A's and Mariners will begin their second series meeting of the season. The series will start a long, important homestand for the A's who will play Seattle, Anaheim, and New York.

The Mariners took the first series in Seattle 2-1, outscoring the A's 23-10. But Seattle has fallen on hard times of late. They've lost 4 of their last five, including three of four in their last series vs. Texas. The A's will look for some redemption here at home.

Game 2: SEA - Jamie Moyer (1-1, 4.34) vs. OAK - Erik Hiljus (0-1, 10.24)
